IDR 200 Million of People’s Money to Build a Fish Pond for the Council Office, Can the Citizens Prosper?

The construction of the park in the area within the Langkat DPRD Office is located in front of the Fraction Room.

The project board entitled Creating a Park in an Office is being implemented by CV Citra Karya Mandiri, the budget is sourced from the 2025 Langkat P-APBD.

The garden is designed with a rock landscape and a fountain or fish pond which is currently still under construction.

Internal sources said that, Wednesday (17/12/25), the park is planned to be equipped with bonsai plants with a value of tens of millions of rupiah.

The Rp. 200 million budget is reportedly not only for the park in front of the Fraction Room, it also includes the creation of a park in the area in front of the Langkat DPRD Office and this budget has been planned since October 2025.
