The 2026 Eid holiday period is getting closer. Through the H-45 booking scheme, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is opening train ticket sales in stages, so that people who make reservations on January 25 2026 can already plan their trips for departures starting March 11 2026.

The 2026 Eid holiday period is getting closer. Through the H-45 booking scheme, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is opening train ticket sales in stages, so that people who make reservations on January 25 2026 can already plan their trips for departures starting March 11 2026.

Daop 7 Madiun Public Relations Manager, Tohari, said that this policy was part of KAI’s strategy to manage the surge in mobility in a more orderly and planned manner.

“With the H-45 system, customers have sufficient time to prepare travel plans. This also helps KAI in distributing passenger flow more evenly during the Eid transport period,” said Tohari.

Ticket sales are carried out in stages according to the departure date. The order opening schedule is as follows:

• Book tickets on January 25, 2026 for departure March 11, 2026

• Book tickets on January 26, 2026 for departure March 12, 2026

• Book tickets on January 27, 2026 for departure March 13, 2026

• Book tickets on January 28, 2026 for departure March 14, 2026

• Book tickets on January 29, 2026 for departure March 15, 2026

• Book tickets on January 30, 2026 for departure March 16, 2026

• Book tickets on January 31, 2026 for departure March 17, 2026

• Book tickets on February 1, 2026 for departure March 18, 2026

• Book tickets on February 2, 2026 for departure March 19, 2026

• Book tickets on 3 February 2026 for departure 20 March 2026

• Book tickets on February 4 2026 for departure March 21 2026

• Book tickets on February 5 2026 for departure March 22 2026

• Book tickets on February 6, 2026 for departure March 23, 2026

• Book tickets on 7 February 2026 for departure 24 March 2026

• Book tickets on February 8, 2026 for departure March 25, 2026

• Book tickets on February 9, 2026 for departure March 26, 2026

• Book tickets on February 10, 2026 for departure March 27, 2026

Currently in the Daop 7 Madiun area there are 60 long-distance train trips (KAJJ) operating both early departures and crossing the Daop 7 Madiun area as well as 10 airport train trips, it is hoped that this can accommodate the needs of the community in mobilizing for Eid 2026.

The following is the KAJJ schedule for initial departures from Daop 7 Madiun area:

1. Madiun Jaya train, connecting Madiun – Pasarsenen, departs at 07.55 WIB

2. Singasari train, connecting Blitar – Pasarsenen, departs at 16.40 WIB

3. Brantas train, connecting Blitar – Pasarsenen, departs at 12.55 WIB

4. Bangunkarta train, connecting Jombang – Pasarsenen, departs at 06.55 WIB

5. Kahuripan train, link Blitar – Kiaracondong, departs at 17.10 WI

Tohari appealed to the public to purchase tickets only through official KAI channels, namely the Access by KAI application, booking.kai.id website, KAI 121 Contact Center, official sales partners, as well as online travel agents who collaborate with KAI.

“We invite the public to always buy tickets through official channels to avoid the risk of fraud or undue additional costs,” concluded Tohari.
